The Rapid Force Dynamic Drop Leg base delivers a stable, low-profile platform that keeps any QDS-mounted holster secured to the leg while preserving natural movement. Its rigid support structure anchors the holster at an optimal height, allowing the draw stroke to stay consistent whether the user is moving, kneeling, or transitioning between cover positions. The minimalist frame reduces bulk around the thigh and avoids the heavy side loading common with traditional drop rigs, helping the shooter maintain balance during fast directional changes.

Fully compatible with all QDS mounts, the platform accepts rapid-attach holsters and accessories without modification, creating a seamless interface between the user’s duty belt and their firearm system. The result is a stable, streamlined drop leg solution built for durability, mobility, and dependable performance in demanding environments.

The integrated TAQ-Strap is the market’s first true, high-and-tight, hasty tourniquet. Designed for military and law enforcement personnel, it is engineered to make hasty application to the femoral arteries tactically feasible. It allows the user to provide life-saving medical attention to the wound with one hand and use the other to stay in the fight. The TAQ-STRAP® is an integrated tourniquet that can function as a strap for a drop leg or be used as a stand-alone product.

TAQ-Strap Features:

Life-Saving Design: The Taq-Strap Integrated Tourniquet replaces your standard holster strap with a pre-positioned tourniquet that can stop a femoral bleed within five seconds from the point of injury while still keeping your holster fastened to your leg. The Taq-Strap requires no additional equipment and can be worn as a stand-alone product with the included belt strap.

Intuitive Application: The Taq-Strap Integrated Tourniquet utilizes the same battle-proven ratcheting technology found in M2 Inc’s TCCC-approved R.M.T. It is simple and can be applied with one hand, even when blind and covered in contaminants.

Universal Compatibility: The Taq-Strap Integrated Tourniquet replaces any 1.5” strap found in the most common tactical equipment and pouches, including gas mask bags, IFAKS, and holster plates of various brands.

Accessibility in Any Situation: This tourniquet sits on your thighs and can be applied post-blast without visuals or assistance, making it invaluable in scenarios like IED explosions, aircraft mishaps, and catastrophic collisions.

Tactically Feasible: Maintain “eyes on target” and return fire while applying a high and tight hasty tourniquet. Finish the fight until you can get to a safe place to apply a traditional tourniquet per TCCC doctrine.

 

Warranty: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products, which carry a 3-year)

All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue. Alien Gear Holsters reserves the right to offer alternative solutions for warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages.

For international customers, this warranty remains the same as above, but additional considerations apply.  International shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. Customs, duties and other fees are not covered under this warranty. Some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
